Vic Soldier/Pioneer

Im looking at getting an alox SAK, and I notice that the soldier and pioneer seem the same, except it looks like the pioneer has a keyring. Is this the only difference between the 2?

No year stamp on the Pioneer, although some have but rarely.

The Pioneer has an engraving panel on the reverse, a key ring and, as mentioned, generally no dated blade although Vic often uses leftover Soldier dated blades on Pioneers and other Alox models.
