Victorinox blade lock

I have a Sentinel, and at one point I had a Centurion. The liner lock is not machined very precisely because it's designed as a secondary safety mechanism. Like all of their folding knives, the stiff backspring keeps the knife open or closed until you exert enough force against it. This is unlike the standard liner lock that will flop around if the lock is broken.

I've bought 6 of the OHO Trekkers as I like them so much, and they are not common here in the UK. The serrated blade is fine for EDC as long as you don't need to cut fine threads or cloth as the serrations, though fine, can snag. One of my Trekkers I've converted to a plain edge. I can easily open and close it it one handed, but I am a lefty.
I think the OHO Trekker is a great knife.

An alternative is the even larger Wenger ranger , with clip blade and slidey lock mechanism to work the liner lock.

OHT is the pinnacle of SAK design...it's by far my most carried tool.
I was skeptical of the serrations at first, but they stay sharp as hell and do a great job. The sharpen easily on a Spyderco Sharpmaker as well.
