I found a nifty use for the Cadet's file.
Undoing knots done by the quad.
She learned how to tie a bowline (no hand function) on 1.5 " rope.
She decided to try a double carrick bend on my boot lace.
It took me a gajillion 1/2 hours to pick it out, but I finally got it.

I've found the SD tip of the classic and the nail file of the cadet very good for undoing knots. I've lost count of how many tangles I've undone with Victorinox nail files and SD tips.
