It does have the "pin"...I think all models with plus scales have tweezers, toothpick, pen, pin and the mini-screwdriver (if it has a corkscrew!). I bought about 20 of them from Wal-Mart earlier this year for $13 ea. kept a few and sold the rest on the other forum. Never seen that price or model anywhere else!

Thanks for the info. I ordered last night a $21.99 and I see it is back up to $24.99 today - which just happens to be $0.01 below free shipping.... They hit you with the shipping...well I got a (discounted) book I wanted as well that bought my total order value to just over $25 so I qualified for free shipping ;) I can play that game too. :p
 
Smkw was running these for 25 also. The only difference from the Champ and the Champion plus is the pliers.
