Victorinox medium nylon belt pouch

I just got a Vic belt pouch for my Spartan Lite and freshly acquired Deluxe Tinker. The pouch has another much smaller pouch sewn into it on the belt loop side. Does anybody know what it is for?

maybe it could be for a small flashlight? i have one made of leather for 111mm sized saks that has one

I ordered a nylon pouch for my Cybertool 41 and it has a small cylindrical pocket on the inside. Maybe for a pen (Fisher SpacePen?). I need to try mine in it but I never get around to it.

That side loop is designed to hold a MagLite Solitaire (1xAAA) light. It is also a perfect fit for my Arc-AAA light.

I tried putting a Fisher Bullet Pen in mine and found the fit was too loose for my comfort.
