Victorinox or Wenger???

My EDC is a small 3-blade Victorinox SAK. I was considering buy some used ones on Ebay. I've seen similar models by Victorinox and by Wenger. Is there any significant difference in steel, quality, etc?

There's little difference between the Soldier knife from both manufacturers. Aside from that example, the Victorinox Swiss army knives (that I've owned) have had stronger backsprings and have been easier to keep sharp. Some say that the quality of the Wenger manufacturing has improved since Wenger was purchased by Victorinox. Although I'm fond of the Wenger brand (I've had a Wenger Swiss army knife since age 6), I prefer Victorinox Swiss army knives.

The current models are identical in quality, the older models there is a slight advantage to Vic.
