Only con I can think of for the pioneer is no tweezers and toothpick.
And I have used an reamer on an SAK once in my life and that was on 4th of july so I could say I used it, I'd rather have a small blade there instead. But than it wouldn't be a Pioneer would it. I know I basically described the Victorinox Recruit by mistake now that I think of it if I wanted toothpick/tweezers and a small blade. Which by coincidence was my first knife which I still have.
And those cons are me really nit picking, I handled the Cadet and I bet the Pioneer is also an excellent knife.
