Victorinox pruner

Found a Vic pruner in very good shape, for my father. It looks like your regular pruner, except it has the red Vic scales, no Victorinox logo, and almost scalloped serrations. Small blade, very thin but well put together folder. I've never seen one like this, maybe I just haven't been paying attention to what Victorinox offers. Looks to be of recent manufacture.

Did a quick Google check, nothing like it yet. Blade is relative in size to the handle.
