Victorinox Swisstool spirit

Hello everyone, I have a lightly used spirit in great shape. The worst of the use is in the serrated blade, it is dull near the end of the blade. The file is dirty but sharp and the awl has been used. There is a scratch on the handle also. All other tools appear un-used, its in great shape. The pivots are tight and everything works like new.
