Hello,
I have a Victorinox Swisstool Spirit with some play in the pliers. they are a bit too sloppy for me. The scewdrivers also seem a bit soft to me because they all deformed after a bit of standard use. Does Victorinox warranty stuff like this? Should I email someone or just send it in?

Go to the store you bought it at and they may send it in for you. I had play in my pliers handles and some of the impliments were loose. The tools are all "soft" and deform if hit on harder steel. My phillips has some dents in it. They'll fix it right for you.

The CS of Victorinox is second to none.
(maybe a little easier for us europeans to send them in for spa)

They will fix it for you and you wont be able to tell a factory-fresh from your refinished knife.

How exactly did the screwdrivers bent?
Never happened to me....

Hi,

I too can vouch for Victorinox's CS. It's friendly, and fast. They care about their customers and their reputation.

In fact, i had a sport ratchet which they don't make anymore and the liner lock broke in it, so 4 or so years go by and i find it in a box. i decided to email victorinox about it and ask what i need to do to replace it. They asked for my address and stuff, and sent me a brand new one, off of my word, no proof of purchase with a hand written note on a victorinox card in an envelope saying it took a while to track down it was the last one in the facility. I'm a customer for life.

Assuming your in the US the warranty in CT is top notch. I've sent in a few Swisstools during the years and they are replaced with new ones because they are riveted.

I don't know about US but in Nordic Victorinox warranty works like swiss clock. I have no complains on them. They fixed my Victorinos Signature's ballpoint pen thich wrote 7 letters and then died. No problems what so ever.
