The ASH2 is great. A little pinky bite from the rear talon, but a great chopper nonetheless. The first chop you see on the video is its very first actual chop! Cool!
 
Yes, the ASH2 and the FFG MOABolo are both pretty sweet choppers for their weight. :) Thanks for the video!

Typically the tree dusts gets in the crinkle coat. Looks rubbed, it washes off. Pounding them through oak will smooth the coating but it takes some work to beat the coating off, lots of work. Once you know how satin or polished infi bites, it's hard to go back to the coating on a chopper
 
Is the coating coming off the ASH2 with just a few chops, or am I seeing things?

A little bit of wear along the edge, but mostly just smoothing of the crinkle coat.
