Nice! My Opinels and my Victorinox soldier can do that (just did it, had to see for myself). I use a leather wheel with white rouge. Only takes a second.

Did you use your Edge Pro on those 2 babies or are they the original edge ? If you sharpened them can you tell us what level ? They are impressive. I think instead of calling it a "Knife Sharpness Test", it should be a "Knife Sharpness Statement". :thumbup:

I sharpened them to 6000 grit Tape. :thumbup:

Niiiice. Definitely going to consider getting myself a higher grit stone now as I was saying earlier--not sure where that thread went though.
