I made a video of the ESEE campout last weekend. It was a pleasure to hang out with everyone. My favorite part of the trip was helping Mr. Becker make his chili.

I didn't know it until well after the campout, but I had footage of the new BK&T/ESEE collaboration kitchen knife. According to Jeff Randall, this is one of 4 that is schedule to be made. Hope you enjoy the video.

At the bacon beef onion and garlic stage I could have almost added 2 dozen eggs and made a monster breakfast..lol
I am having stomach problems and the vid still made me hungry.

I don't know about you guys, but I could smell it cooking. Now, go check your britches moose...

WOW!!!! AIG, you got some serious skills with da camera, muchacho.:D

And if ya'll are wondering, no, the farts in the end were NOT soundbites. :D

Great vid, brother, great vid.

There was a farting 'competition' held after the chili a la Blazing Saddles. I caught a little of the sound. A woman (identity withheld) had a come from behind (hehehe) win against Jeff Randall. Mr. Becker was sleeping contentedly in a chair about 3 feet away from this debauchery.

That is some of the greatest chili known to man. Buncha lucky folks. Thanks for filming it!

Glad I took the time to watch this video, very well done and entertaining! Excellent choice of music, Jerry Reed RAWKS!

I think I managed to get all the ingredients written down. That looks like some top notch chili. Surprisingly I put beer in a lot of things I cook but never thought about putting it in chili. That was one hell of a fry pan. Looked like a satellite dish. As to the flatulence contest in the end, I found a unique product that sells in Indian markets and will virtually eliminate gas from beans. It's called Asafoetida.

Roughly translated from Indian into English it means 'killjoy.';)

Mr. Becker's chili is REALLY tasty.
