VIDEOS: Chop Off - FFBM, NMFBM, BWM, CS TM

Great video Ankerson, Your NMFBM went through that wood in half the time as all the rest of them. And that TM looked like you were going no where fast, Like a toy knife. :thumbdn: You keep that up all summer and your going to end up with arms like the Hulk. :D
Now when are you going to start filming the building of that log cabin with using only your NMFBM! :D :)

Killer vids Jim.

The NMFBM does not play, I counted 39 strikes. The FFBM took almost twice that many!! I tend to think you favor the FFBM over the whole lot of 'em though.

One thing to note is that due to your position on the plank, you were hitting weak side almost every hit. That not only sacrifices power per swing but drains your arm quicker too. Not a criticism but just an observation. I know you were feeling the burn after this session!

I have an FBM LE to get next month I hope or soon after.

You sir, will truly appreciate the FBMLE:thumbup: I sold off my FFBMs and replaced them with FBMLEs. Personally the balance of the FBMLE was more to my liking than the FFBM.

Before the next chop, you should measure your arms cold and see what happens when you are finished:D:D.

Thanks Ank. To think I passed on all the FBMs, including nuclear! Seems that if one wants to chop, the NMFBM is King.

I think I did good by getting a NMFBM, it is the only BM I own, and well I think your Vids show I have the best out of the BM Knives. Thanks

RickJ

Thanks guys. :D

Yeah resting up a little. :)

On that note. How long do you rest between videos?
I know everyone's got time constraints and nothing is ideal, but I always notice a big difference between my first log and any following ones when I do some good chopping.
It doesn't take long to wear yourself out. I would suggest resting a day between videos. It sounds extreme, but full recuperation can take a while.

That said, the FFBM got the first go, and was still beaten by a wide margin.

I can't wait for the Killa Zilla.:D

good vids, thanks. It is always fun to watch the difference between the choppers. I really like my BWM but those fatties sure chop great :D

When I chop normally I really let the knife do all the work so I don't get tired very quickly. :)

I rested for like 10 mins between videos this time, doing chop Offs I am going all out so I really does tire me out pretty quick.

The NMFBM really is a chopping beast.

It's like the difference between a Chainsaw and a pocket saw. :D

NMFBM kicked tat ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!

The NMFBM is the king of the BM's without a doubt. :)

Hey Ank, do you have any trees left standing around your house? :D How's your wound healing up?

Amen Brutha

Cool reaffirming vids Pork Shank :D;)

But I can't decide if I prefer the FFBM or the NMFBM...

I sold my FFBM because it just didn't feel right to me. Maybe it wasn't blade heavy enough, I don't know. When I tried out a NMFBM it was a totally different story, it felt great right away and it's a chopping machine !
