I just sold an Ultratech to Cam, (VidKnight) the transaction was flawless on my end. He sent me payment right away and he was a pleasure to deal with. Great communication. Great guy. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to do business with him.
Cam also has great patience. I figured that I would send the knife out by FedEx as opposed to the good ol' USPS. I thought It would get him the knife faster. It even cost more. Boy, was I wrong. It took forever. I feel awful about the whole thing. It took almost two weeks to go from Florida to Utah. I emailed him with the tracking number the day I sent it out so he could track it. He tracked it and kept me updated. They had listed delivery dates and he even took off of work to be home. They didn't come. I am disguted with them. Finally he recieved the knife. He let me let me know that he was pleased with it. He even posted Positive for me. He emailed me and told me that he knew It was not my fault. I feel that it was, because I sent it FedEx as opposed to USPS. I would like to make it up to him somehow as I feel like crap about it. I know how I look forward to getting my toys, I also know how I hate to wait for them to arrive. This is where I need you recommendations. What can I do to make it up to him?
Thank you in advance for the advice.
