Does anyone know what steel is used in the liner of the Viele folder. I'd like to have mine engraved, but the engraver said that if it's heat-treated stainless it'll be a bear to do the work. I was gonna have the exposed bolster scrolled and my name put on the spine of the frame. Sal?
By the way, I love the knife. Has a really nice heft to it, as someone else here mentioned, a very tactile knife. I bought a Delica for my tackle box a few weeks ago, my first Spydie, and the Viele followed soon after...I think I'm hooked!
