Need a little help...found a knife I was looking for at At Vienna Cutlery (AD for Crusader Forge). Has anyone ordered from these guys? How was the process? Concerned with delivery time and potential customs issues. It's a fairly significant spend and would feel a little better if anyone here had some prior experience with VC specifically and the process in general.

I have had good service from VC. I ordered a Hinderer. They answered emails promptly and I received the item next day (I am located in Europe so can't advise regarding shipping times or customs to the US).
I would have no concerns ordering from them again.
 
Yes Amel is great guy. He has great item on his shop for good prices (for EU ;))
 
Laurin I wouldnt say that 550 euros for Combat Troodon or 620 euros for Halo V are good prices. Even for Europe. Nevertheless regards from knife.cz.
 
He will work with you on a knife price. He did with me. Contact him by email with what you are interested that is available on his site and offer a reasonable price and he will respond. He did with me and I plan on buying from him again. Shipping was less that 10 days.
 
Another thumbs up for Amel (Viennacutlery)! My first Busse was bought to him (original Team Gemini) and the guy offered me a "spec ops"(??? Nylon) sheath. I'm based on Europe (Portugal), though.
