I have for sale a vintage '69 Gibson Blueridge w/ hardshell case. It is in excellent condition, but does have normal finish checks and a few small "dents and dings". The case is in used condition, but is fully functional. Asking $1,100 plus shipping (we will agree on method prior to any monetary exchange).
A description from Gruhn's Guide To Vintage Guitars:
"16 1/4" wide, square-shouldered dreadnought, laminated back and sides with rosewood outer layer and maple inner, upper belly on bridge, adjustable rosewood saddle, black teardrop pickguard, bound top and back, rosewood fingerboard, dot inlay, no peghead ornament. Introduced: 1968... discontinued 1979."
I also looked into the serial number - #833476. The numbers 828002-847488 were used 1966, 69. The Blueridge was introduced in 1968, so based on the serial #, we know it was made in 1969.
It was valued at $1,200 by Brentwood Music Center, Denver Co. in 1989.
