Vintage Alox GAW! **WE HAVE A WINNER!!**

I'm a big fan of Alox SAKs - thanks for the generous offer and good luck everyone! :)

I think that Old School knife is great, I'm in-I think-don't know how to check on # of posts in this subforum--but if not at 75 I will be :) I'll try and post my alox later.

Can't go wrong with alox! Thanks again for the opportunity!

Oi! Sorry for being away everyone. This did briefly slip my mind :o But, better late than never right?

First pick did not meet requirement of 75+ posts in 'Traditionals.' PM sent with consolation-prize offer.

#31 this time. Courtesy of Random.Org generator again. Joe58!!

Thanks for the beautiful pics everyone. Wish I had one for each of you.

Edited to add: Just read Joe's post... Going to get in touch with him and announce a winner tomorrow.

This GAW produced an interesting outcome. The winning entry belongs to Joe58, who chose to cede the prize on account of a 'good problem'--having too any SAKs :p

The ultimate winner is.... bigfattyt!!

Thanks again for all the entries everyone!

Finally, another  for the subforum all around. You guys are a great bunch. I really appreciate the discussions & the regular contributors here.

Congrats to bigfattyt!!!

And hat's off to Joe58 for a very gracious gesture!!!

Got it! It will be shipped tomorrow along with the consolation prize for monkeyz who was picked but did not meet the post count req.

It's kinda offbeat for a first sak, since it's closer to a slim pen knife than a multitool, but I hope you'll like it anyway.

Thanks all around, again, especially to Joe. This concludes my first gaw :)

Update, SAK Alox showed up today. Tight, thin, light.

Here are a few quick pics I snapped.

Here it is with a GEC made 73 pattern to show size.

Thanks xzee22 for the neat little pocket knife. I'm going to spend a little time tuning the edge and carry this little thing.

I sure feels more solid than I expected from such a little skinny knife.
