Well, the Russ Andrews is sure vintage, having been made in the late 70's. Flat ground 154CM blade is a hair over 4" from tip to front of guard. Stainless guard, pins and thong liner. Handles are the old white paper micarta that has perfectly aged an even light yellow color(I love it when it does that!). Overall length is about 8.5". Full, tapered tang. Beautiful handrubbed finish. Blade is marked ERAII on one side and "2" on the other side. That "2" signifies that this is only the second of this model Russ made. Ray Cover large hunter has a deeply hollow ground 4" ATS34 blade that has plenty of belly. Super thin grind on this one. Dovetailed stainless bolsters and what looks to be some gorgeous stabilized maple handles with red liners on a full tapered tang. Stainless pins and an extended thong outside of the handles. Overall length is close to 9". Thumb notches filed on spine. Very nice leather pouch sheath by the maker. $250 shipped.
