Hey guys, I just got in some awesome Antique, made in USA Micarta. Manufactured by Taylor Fibre Co. It is around 50+ years old. This is 1" thick black canvas Micarta. It has a very cool/unique edge grain compared to modern Micarta. It has alternating straight and wavy lines. It would be cool sliced on the edge for slip joints and folders as well. I am going to be cutting this up into 2" x 5" blocks and selling some of it. When it's gone, it's gone.

Is the piece with the anchor and "U S" available?

Can you clarify the size please? Are they 2x4x1 and you will also be cutting some 2x5 ? Or was it a typo?

Sorry, that was a typo. They are 2" x 5"

And I will be keeping the Anchor. ; )
 
Arthur, I just bought some of this micarta from Ben and will be heading back to the states to pick it up from my U.S. address later this month. If you want you can have Ben ship yours to my address as well and I'll bring it back for you.

I can't speak for Derrick, but what would work for me is paying me, I'll ship it to Derrick and when he gets it back to Germany you can work out getting it from him.
For two blocks, you'd be looking at $87 shipped to his address.
 
Just received my blocks and they are as advertised. Really solid and the color is kind of slate black. Can't wait to get these on a knife.
