(SOLD) FOR SALE- Vintage Buck 650 Nighthawk Fixed Blade Patent Pending, 420HC, 6.25" Blade. I originally got this knife in a trade from an Army veteran who carried it in Iraq. The knife was dull so I sharpened it with a Work Sharp and made it hair shaving sharp. The knife was obviously well used but is not damaged or bent. Just scratched. It is hard to see in the photos but the edge is polished from the Work Sharp. These Nighthawks are incredibly tough knives and would make an excellent survival knife or an alternative to a Cold Steel SRK or Recon Tanto. The QC, steel quality and heat treat on these older Buck blades are superior to most of the production blades today in my opinion, so it is a knife you could rely on in a tough situation. $52.00 plus $12 shipping to the lower 48. Hey Jon,

I meant $52 plus shipping ($64). However, I would let it go for $58 shipped. I figured out that I can just get it under the 13 ounce USPS First Class Mail limit with careful packing so I can sell it for a little less.
