Vintage c. 1940's-50's BROCHNOHF Solingen Germany Tab Release Switchblade with Bail.
2-1/4 inches long closed

Imitation pearl celluloid handles

Appears unused, unsharpened

Both the blade and file spring open

This is similar to the pull ball type knives
