I have a very nice Case 6445R scout pattern up for trade. There’s some scratching here and there on the tools, from blade rub, part and parcel with these old scout patterns; kind of like stockmans. All in all, I can’t imagine someone not being happy with this knife. It’s nearly mint. Great Case jigged bone that is perfectly matched on both sides. I’m not a Case expert, but I believe that the tang stamp indicates a 1974 year of manufacture.

I’d like to trade for another older Case. Maybe a 6231 1/2, older copperhead, or some other hand filling vintage pattern. I would also consider older traditionals from other manufacturers, such as war era Camillus, or perhaps a nicer GEC.
