OK, OK, I need the money so I am selling.
Vintage Case pocket knife. Model 5161L.
Manufactured between 1932 & 1940.
In mint condition this knife sells for $3,100
High carbon steel spring, lever, & blade.
Nickel-silver bolsters.
Stag handle scales.
Opens, closes, & locks nicely.
Rear bolster is marked: Cases's tested xx
Blade is marked with the trademark Case stamp and 5161L on opposite side.
Comes scratched, dinged, and with a nice patina.
Small piece of blade tip is missing.
No cracks in the stag.
The previous owner sharpened the blade as can be seen in the photo (not a pro. job).
Own a genuine piece of history from one of the world's
