This is a vintage working knife from the midwestern USA. I liked the idea of finding these old working knives in derelict condition and bringing them back to a new life! This isn't the first I've done, won't be the last!

I lost the original pics of this one, but it had a plain wood handle with copper wire wrap. Pretty rotted and likely a soft wood.

I have not yet identified the maker's mark, so any help there would be appreciated!

I re-heat-treated it, edge quenched in oil and air hardened the rest, built a new grip out of Red paduk accented with black Gabon ebony.

The original blade patina is cleaned but remains on the knife.

Handmade sheath.

$80

Steve,
SO COOL.
The Handle and sheath look like a Danish Modern Work of Art.
The Blade is PERFECT.
I am curious as to the o.a.l. ?
