Vintage stag handled Case Shark

A very nice knife that shows no signs of ever having been used or sharpened. The blade is 3 3/4" long, with a closed length of 5". The stag scales are closely matched, and I do not see any cracks or defects in them. There are a few light, shallow scratches on the blade, and the brass bolsters have light tarnish on them.

The blade is marked Case XX USA / 19 BFD. PA. 92 / 5197L 88. It comes with a heavy leather case marked "Case". No box.

I posted a new thread yesterday but don't have the time to sift through all the postings to try and find an answer. Would you be willing to give it a shot and try to answer my questions about a case knife I have?

I would not mind at all being asked, but I know that there are others here who are vastly more knowledgeable about Case that I am -- although I've acquired a number of Case knives over the years, I've never really collected them, and am not particulary knowledgeable about 'em. But PM me your question, and I will do my best.
