Vintage Stag & Much more

Good morning Bladeforums members. Today & in the days ahead ,if everything goes according,I will be listing some knives and other vintage items in the two subforums of this dealer area in the exchange.

I'll have kitchen cutlery sets,stag hunters,two real nice vintage corkscrews,sharpening steel,throwing knives,butcher items. Sheffield stuff,and American companies. Some older stuff but mostly mid twentieth century.

Today I'm going to start with some stag knives made in Sheffield ,I think 1970's.

A. Wright & Son Sheffield England I do believe these are 1970's vintage
Great stag with red fiber/brass/leather spacers You may find a few spots Otherwise un used out of a collection,stored away all these years gone by.

These are 9" OAL with 4.5" of edge $110. ea. 3 available

These are 10.5" OAL with 5.5" of edge I have 4,$110 ea.

Red fiber,brass and leather spacers. Please read previous posts as we go, I have one more size on these.I do believe carbon steel These 4 have a little more spots than previous knives

OK these are the last 3 stags in this style. These are marked JT Wright & Daughter Sheffield England Just about 3/16" thick stock ,or a hair over. Massive 13.25" OAL with 7-3/8" cutting edge These have red/black/brass & leather spacers $130 ea.

This storm here is not co operating. These need a little TLC but I'll assure you the quality is of the vintage

Marked A. Wright & Son Ltd Sheffield England Stainless Steel

Clip point knife is 8-5/8" OAL with 4.25" of edge 1/8" stock flat ground thin edge
Marlin spike is 8.25" long
2 sets,$75. a set

Looks to be rosewood handles

These are similar,marked JT Wright & Daughter Sheffield England I'm not sure if these are carbon or SS,my guess is carbon & these,again,I guess is 1970's. Rosewood ?
Pouch has belt loops Knife is 9" with 4-7/8" cutting edge and the sharpening steel is 7.5"

I have two sets

I will take 1x Wright & Daughter 13.25 inch Fixed Blade with Fuller. If I am first Could you pick out of the 3 the one with the Most Bark on the Stag.

Also 1 x 10.5 inch Clip - the one on the right looks to have the nicest/ most Bark - please check that for me.

Vince - just looking at those 10.5 inch knives are there some that have a Swedge and some not? Hard to tell in Photos- I would prefer one with Swedges please Sir.
