Buy something nice for the missus, and you'll be able to get a lot more than a trisul...:), a happy wife, means an understanding wife, which is good, especially with an affliction, like HIKV.
 
Hmm if you pick the right wife like in the case of my hubby, More Knife means happy wife. :D
