Just a note of appreciation for the attitude of VoodooSan under fire.
We had a little faux pas with the postal service, and he was cool and patient while the knife I shipped to him Priority Mail hid in the USPS system for a week, completely untrackable by its supposed "Delivery Confirmation" number. We'd never done business before, but he showed complete confidence in me and nothing but professionalism in dealing with the problem.
The experience reminded me of why I continue to do business with the members of this forum, even though shipping providers don't offer the highest level of confidence. With even-handed and even-tempered traders like VoodooSan, one can weather most anything unforseen that might crop up, without becoming unduly exercised.
This man has my confidence and my respect.
