Vortex - HD

The Vortex HD (heavy duty) is my newest Tactical/Fighter design!

I made 3 prototypes, ( different grinds, and the profile front of the scales), of the Vortex. This is the 3rd, and final proto!

The Vortex HD is 1/4", satin finished ATS-34, double edged.

The blade is 5 1/4" long, aprox. 1 1/2" wide, with an OAL of 11".

The sheath was made by Eric from "On Scene Tactical!

The Vortex HD has bead blasted black G-10 scales with black micarta pins and carbon fiber thong tube.

Rick, do they even let you make knives in Canada?

Just kidding, seriously, that is one of the most visually appealing tactical fixed blades I have seen in a while, beautiful grinds and I love the SC pommel. Great stuff.
