CE is not the same as SE=SerratedEdge(usually near 100% serrated).

CE = ComboEdge. This usually means 30/70% or 40/60% serrated/plain edge.
It could also mean just a few serrated teeth at the blade near the handle, more like 10/90%.

In other words CE is any blade that has both serrations and a plain edge.
 
Since you are getting a fairly small knife (ie, not really a self defense knive) why not consider a Wegner Pro Hunter? S30V, flat ground, eliptical hole, G10, steel liners. 3.6 inch blade, carries very small and light, great handle shape. Its the best small knife I have, if I didn't want that dual role of utility and self defense, it would definitely be my everyday carry knife.
