Is the haft on the Lagana VTAC as narrow as the SOG Fusion? I like the SOG but the haft is too narrow to comfortably fill my hand. The wood hafts on the Cold Steel hawks are much more comfortable for me.

How is the VTAC shaped? Rounder like the CS or a narrow oval like the SOG?
 
I wrapped my SOG Fusion with some squash racquet tape - and it feels 100% better. Give it a try!
 
VTAC haft is oval. Approx 1" x 1 1/4". I wear a large glove and the hawk works for me. If I want a larger grip I use some hockey stick tape.
 
FYI the VTAC haft is thicker in diameter. The SOG is much thinner but with tape comes up just right for me.
