Completely wrong forum for tool identification.
You might try asking in the Bernard Levine subforum. however, you should try and take come pictures and post hem, maybe read the subforum you post in for future refernce wouldn't hurt either.

Numbers generally indicate size for Vulcans, multiply by 10 to get the appx weight the number cast into the top of the foot. Logo is an arm and hammer cast proud from the surface in an oval. Some have an II&B under the heel (IL Iron and Bolt IIRC).
They usually go for $160-300. Vulcan is a common MFG you see everywhere.

For proper weight, put it on a bathroom scale.

Yeah, that sounds like a #200. But as numbers says, weigh it.
I'd give $2/lb. or so for a Vulcan in decent shape, if I needed an anvil.
