Vulkanized fiber spacer

Can anyone help me finding a source for vulkanized fiberspacer? Thickness 0.02" ,black,red-brown and red. Who makes this stuff ? I believe it´s used as some kind of electrical insulation but I´m not sure.
If you know , please let me know.
