[Big Ol’ Hauger]

I’ve got a few Wüsthof Classic kitchen knives to move. They aren’t getting used, as I’m fond of my Nakiri, which does just about everything I need.

First is the carving set. It includes the granton edge slicer, 4524 20cm/8” blade, and forged fork (not the cheap stamped one!) with 4.5” tines. These have hardly been used at all, very fine condition. I’m asking sold for the set.

Second is a group of three. This lot will include a utility knife, 4535 16cm/6” blade, a serrated salad knife, 4196 16cm/4”, and a mini Chai Dao, 8888 14cm/5”. These all have some scratches, and the tip of the salad knife is a little dinged up. They all have good long lives ahead of them, still. Asking sold for the lot.
