Here's one I finished up a couple days ago. For the last couple months I just haven't felt like doing any hand forging but I did feel like grinding a few blades from scratch. This one has a 4 1/2" blade and its right around 9" overall.

Another Beaut Ray

I love the blade shape and grind. Is the clip sharp ?
Did you use clay or edge quench for the hamon ? It looks great !

Great looking W.I. too (as usual) ;) ........ and the Elk antler ? Superb !!

She'll make someone a great utility/hunter/skinner ;)

David, I did use clay on this one. I could have sharpened the clip but with the knife laws the way they are I decided to leave it unsharpened. This is the first blade in 4 years that I stamped on the side instead of the top of the spine.

That is another great one Ray. It all just flows together. Great job as usual.
