Is the Tatanka a frontier version of the Bison? Similar dimensions/specs?

Two new models debut tonight! First off is a hybrid mix. The bison blade mixed with the Revenant handle, shall be known as " Tatanka". The second is a smaller EDC called the "Sawnee" after a small mountain near our shop. Also, a special little knife.

Correct. It is the bison blade with the Revenant handle. Little longer overall length.
