What's the weight on the Matador? Interested if it would make a decent cleaver.

This one is 0.40lbs. I made a few out of 3/32" including this one as earlier requested, more for a slicer/vegetable prep knife. The first several I made are in 5/32" which I feel would be better suited for a cleaver application. The black/white one from two weeks ago is still available and I have one that has osage orange as the scale material.

I'll take the Matador, Allen.

She is all yours! Great choice. I would love to see pics of it being used in the kitchen sometime. Thanks!

Cool batch Allen!

That navy burlap arowana in 3/32" cpm was outstanding! I wish I was home when the thread went up, I would have tried my hand with the gun slingers. I personally love the ones with white pinstripes, or bolstered. I don't know how many knives I have sold or turned down because of bright or clashing pinstripes but I know some folks really dig them.

I love seeing the matador in 3/32" too. I think you should make another one of those with the navy burlap and the white pinstripes over natural just like the arowana. I think you could sell a few more arowanas just like that one too. I know I would buy one.

Well done.
