Gerber BMF, Basic Multi-Function Survival Knife System Designed by Brad Parrish.
8-inch blade - 1/4 inch thick high carbon surgical stainless steel, Rockwell hardness of c54-55. Chisel tooth saw. Non-reflective finish.
- The butt cap is attached to the full length blade tang
- DuPont Hypalon handle covering
- Sheath, heavy-duty reinforced DuPont Cordura with a top pocket that holds a quality, liquid-filled, jeweled compass.
- Diamond sharpening hone in sheath with a nylon cover.

The BMF was introduced in January 1986 and discontinued around the end of 1998.

Not NIB, no box... it shows signs of some minor use, but not abused at all. See pics....
