The stock tank Idea......very interesting,,,,I actually could use a bit of warm water in my shop to help with the belt grinding,,,,,a stock tank would give me an unlimited amount of water,,,,,and with just a little water to start with, I bet I could just use the unlimited amounts of snow we have this year to keep the levels up,,,,,very good...

Oh, and Thanks for the advice on the use of my gas forge,,,that was one thing I was very happy to read,,,,,I have the darn thing, and I just think I would be so much happyer being inside,,,,heck, doing a heat treatment outside would be hell....I would take the hot steel out of the coals and watch it air-quench before I could get to the water...LOL
