Think ill call this the peanut butter spreader,its o1 steel,1/8 inch stock,overall right at 8 1/4" ,should have a 3 1/2" cutting edge,any ideas on some grinds,i thought maybe a flat grind or a scandi with a possible sharpened top edge around the top hump?? Give me some ideas i know you guys are full of them??

I think a scandi grind would look right at home on that piece. Not sure about a sharpened edge on the top, maybe a false edge would look good.
 
If you plan to seriously use it for spreading, get rid of the point at the tip. Useless when spreading both PB and cream cheese. Ask in the new Kitchen Cutlery sub-forum. It would be a great question for that sub-forum. I really like the design for a spreader, though. Very nice lines.
 
The spreader was a joke, lets look for a pattern name aswell?any good ones?
 
Reminiscent of a Green River skinner. I think a full flat grind or even a full convex grind would look right at home.
