heres one i forged a good while back, and am finally finishing. Its forged from some 1'' round W1, the blade has a distressed and aged finish, and the handle is some really great dog wood that has been stabilized and is just full of character, its all been sealed and given a hand polished oil finished.

the dogwood is from a tree my great grandfather planted over 70yrs ago on my familys property, it had finally fallen and was rotted, i salvaged as much as possible, this is really great set of scles with a ton of character. the front of the scales was left as is, to go with the look of the knife, and adds a really natural rustic look to the knife.

the over all measurements are 11 1/8'' long, 1 1/2'' wide.

price with sheath is $220

Awesome knife (as usual), but the backstory on the handle scales really makes it special. Beautiful wood, too!

To my taste, that is the best looking knife I have seen in quite awhile.
I love everything about it from the size, shape, patina, and I love that old dogwood burl.
