This is some W2, forged out and left with the forge scale on the flats. The spine has been fileworked and the blade has been clay quenched for a nice hamon. It was then hand sanded to 2000 grit and etched to bring out the details.

The handle is black G10, held in place with regular pins and one mosaic, along with acraglas.

The handle is 8-10oz hand tooled and stitched leather. The knife fits snugly and draws easily.

I really like the size of this knife for a lot of camp chores.

Dimensions
Blade - 5 1/2" tip to handle
OAL - 10 1/2

Price - $275 shipped to US. I prefer paypal, but will accept check or money order.

The first to post here "I'll take it!" gets it.

Beside of making a fine knife, you make some fine sheaths also. Great package.

i love that size and shape as well, very nice knife. mind my asking how you get that texture to the sheath, i really like the way it looks, like hammered metal.

Thanks for the comments, guys.
Dago, the texture is so easy it will make people think I am cheating. I have a small ball peen hammer on which I have polished the ball. I then go to town on the wet leather randomly, hitting with varying pressure to get the hammer forged look. Takes me about five minutes a sheath.

I am coming out of the closet and admit that I have been a silent, secret admirer of your work for a long time. In a few weeks my wife and I will be separated for about 2 1/2 years (military says I have to go). I am hoping that during that time I can sneek one of your knives into my possesion. Beautiful as always!
Cheers

Well it might be easy but it produces fantastic results. I always like that your sheaths are on the same level as your knives. nothing worse than seeing a great knife brought down by it's sheath. Excellent stuff.
