Here is a W2 hunter. The flats were left with forge scale on them. The blade was clay quenched for a nice hamon. The spine is fileworked.

The handle is camel bone, contoured for a nice comfortable grip. It is buffed to a nice luster, and held in place with pins and acraglas.

The sheath is 7-8oz hand stitched and tooled leather. It holds the knife securely and allows it to draw easily.

Dimensions
Blade - 3 7/8" tip to handle
OAL - 8"

Price - $225 shipped to US. I prefer paypal, but will accept check or money order.

The first to post here "I'll take it!" gets it.

Nice grab, Ida Ho! I've owned a couple of Matt's bone handled knives, and the material is a great compliment to his blades.

Enjoy it and if you dare, use it and use it hard! :)

WOW !!!

very nice work sir, and I really like your MM, leaves a lasting impression :)

nice score Ida, I'm sure you will like it much better in person as you can see in one shot the hamon didn't even appear, I bet in person its outta sight..

I'm sure you are right, Robert- can't wait to get it in hand. I too noticed the difference in the pictures while I was eagerly waiting for an hour to pass before pulling the trigger!

Thanks Matt- paypal sent!

Actually, Hamons are notoriously difficult to photograph. I have to adjust the lighting in the last shots to allow the camera to catch it. They even change depending on the room you are in. If there are dark colors on the walls the hamon will appear more bold.
