Here is some of Aldo's W2 forged out into a nice hunter. The blade has been clay quenched for a nice hamon, and the spine is fileworked. I left the forge scale on the flats because I like how it looks.
The handle is dyed camel bone. It is held in place with pins and acraglas. I have contoured the handle so it fits nicely in the hand.
The sheath is 7-8oz hand stitched and tooled leather. The knife fits snugly and draws easily.
Dimensions
Blade - 4 1/8" tip to handle
OAL - 8 1/2"
Price - $235 shipped to US. I prefer paypal, but will accept check or money order.
The first to post here "I'll take it!" gets it.
Here are some shots with slightly different lighting to show off the hamon.
