This is a bowie that I just finished up. There are two Slim Pickens fighters that go with this one and they are just about finished up.
The blade is 10 1/8" X 1 11/16" of forged W2. The fitting materials are fileworked 416 stainless steel and bronze. While the handle material is a fancy block of desert ironwood.

I was given a light box as a gift for fathers day. This was my first expierence at playing with it and I can tell you that all of the pro photographers are safe!!!!

Thanks for looking.

I can honestly say that that is one of the most beautiful knives I've ever seen.  Nicely done, sir.

I love it Craig.
Beautiful lines (nice long swedge).
Outstanding hamon.
Love the fittings, fluting/filework.
And of course that Ironwood is beyond words.
I get tired at times of the carbon steel oval guard
and wood handle bowie, but not this one.

Definitely one of my favourites of your many terrific bowies. Beautiful lines on this piece and first class fittings.

Nice job on the ferrule, Craig!
That's a little deviation from what I'm accustomed to seeing, but I think it's beautiful!
Nice job, friend.

Craig. that's a killer piece! Your hamon look's sweet too . Look's like you stepped it up. See ya @ S.O.S  Shawn

Craig,

The knife is fantastic. It's an encyclopedic image of what a world-class bowie should be. Nice!

Photo work: Get the lights up and to the rear. You changed your color balance settings or your lighting dramatically on the second shot. The first has the true colors. You'll get there. It only looks easy.... ;)

Great piece Craig! Everything plays nicely off of the other elements.

It looks very fine as well!

Thanks for sharing :D
