Hello BF,
Here's a big Bowie knife I'm offering that I hope someone will really enjoy.
-It's 15.5" long with a 10" blade of Aldo's W2 carbon steel.
-Blade is double ground, differentially heat treated with clay for nice temper line and acid etched for patina.
-The guard, ferrules, pommel and pommel nut are all Damascus and the file worked spacer is of 15n20 high nickel steel.
-The thru-tang is peened & the handle is a great piece of fossilized Oosik from Mark Knapp and has been professionally stabilized by WSSI.
-The sheath is Wickett and Craig 10 oz leather with a vertical or horizontal belt loop. I can add a frog stud if requested.
-Very light in the hand and is the best balanced big knife I've done. It just feels "right".
