This is some of Hanson's W2, forged into a nice bird and trout. It has been hand polished to 2000 grit and etched to bring out the hamon.
The handle is stabilized box elder burl. I cant remember where I got it, because it has been in a drawer for several years. It is sanded and shaped to fit in the hand well. The scales are held in place with pins and G-flex epoxy.
The sheath is 7-8oz hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig. The knife fits snugly and draws well.
