This was forged from Hanson's W2. The blade is shaped similar to an old butcher's knife my father had. The blade was clay quenched and hand polished to 2000 grit then etched.

The handle is some stabilized black walnut. It has some really nice pattern and depth to it. It is held in place by pins and G-flex epoxy.

The sheath is 7-8oz hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig. The knife fits very nicely and every sheath I make is specifically designed for the knife it is to hold.
